Look into the Lights
We have been closely following Interpol for about a year, since they said on their site that they were working on something new. Now, the day has finally come that they released something!
Their first new single was ready for a free download today from their site. It all starts very mysterious, but after they introduced the new logo, you can start the download process. And you have it, 5:38 minutes of new classic Interpol material.
Once again, they show to be a unique band, using the same guitar sound as on their great Slow Hands, but fortunately, Lights doesn’t sounds like something you have heard before. It’s new, but it’s comfortable familiar. Good job!
By the way, almost beat Pitchfork twice today, damn those guys are fast…
